First Stage

Hey everybody! I'm a certified personal trainer with six-pack abs and I'm here to share different ways and secrets to achieve a flat-rock-hard stomach. If you exercise the right way then you won't have to worry too much about what you eat. If you eat a half a cow a day then yes, you should worry about your diet. And eating fast-food all the time won't help either. Avoid eating those few big meals a day, instead, eat about 5 small meals a day.

The first question you should ask yourself if you want six-pack abs is, do I want the lifestyle behind having six-pack abs? If your answer is yes, then continue reading.

Some people think that you can turn fat into muscle, not true at all. Fat is fat and muscle is muscle, you can not literally turn your fat into muscle. Can you turn your skin into bones? Of course not, same applies to fat and muscle. your fat is under your skin and your muscle is under your fat. This is why many people perform all sorts of exercises for their stomach without cardio and wonder why they don't have six-pack abs. They do, they just can't see their abs.Thats because the fat is like a blanket covering their abs. So if you burn that blanket of fat off of your stomach you will then see those abs you put so much work into developing. Remember, everyone is different, not everyone's body stores fat in the same place.

Before I give you some effective ways to achieve that six-pack you've been longing for, I'd like to give you a small list of some of thee equipment you should have to help you get those beach ready abs.

- a mat for the floor - ab wheel - jumprope - dedication - consistency

The first 3 on the list above does not matter without the last 2 on the list. You should always start slow and cautious if your novice to exercise. Start with the basics like crunches, sit-ups, and leg raises. When performing any of these 3 exercises do 3 sets of each. Number of repetitions do not matter, do them until your abs burn. In most cases counting repetitions is strictly for ego. Just so people can say things like,"I can do 70 push-ups in 1 shot". Thats ego, because if you do them with poor form you will get poor results and may even hurt yourself. You can gain more by performing 20 push-ups with good form then 70 with poor form. Don't waste your time or risk hurting yourself to feed your ego to impress other people with a number. Do you want to take off your shirt on the beach and expose your 6-pack abs, or expose your flabby belly telling everyone how many leg raises you can do. Truth is you don't have to say anything when your in real shape. Let your body do the talking, all you have to do is listen to it. If you don't listen to your body you won't know what to do to develop it. Make sure you do your cardio at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes. Remember, the same amount of fat is burned jump-roping for 20 minutes then when you jog for 40 minutes. And also remember the main thing thats causing the fat to burn, deep-breathing. So if you stand still and deep breathe at the same rate your deep-breathing when jogging, running, or jump-roping, then your burning fat. If you don't breath deep you don't burn fat. Breathe deep and hold your stomach in close to your spine while performing crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, knee-ups, or using the ab wheel. If you do this, results will come twice as fast and you will build great inner-strength and have very healthy lungs.

More to come on how to actually perform ab exercises very soon!
